The process of compulsory inspection of eyewear equipment is generally divided into 3 parts:
1. First check the surface quality: whether the frame has defects, pliers marks, coating shedding, solder joint shedding, etc.; whether the surface of the lens has scratches, cracks, defects, etc.
2. Then check the assembly quality: whether the diopter, pupil distance (single and double eyes), prism degree, lock tube gap, etc. meet the national standards.
3. Check and adjust the parameters of the glasses such as the outer angle, mirror angle, tilt angle, etc., whether the glasses are symmetrical and flat, and whether they are comfortable to wear. All parameter symbols of the national standard are only a qualified pair of glasses, and they need to be adjusted according to individual factors to achieve a pair of comfortable glasses.
