The high-frequency splicing machine uses the principle of high-frequency heat sealing to heat the rubber plate workpiece in the mold through high-frequency mold heating. Through upper and lower compression molding and equipment application of high-frequency, an electromagnetic field is formed to promote molecular flow and achieve fusion between plastic rubber plates, making the two plates melt into a whole.
High frequency splicing machine belongs to the category of fusion splicing machines, so it is also known as high-frequency eyeglass rubber plate fusion splicing machine, or acrylic acetate fiber plate fusion splicing machine, splicing machine. Hair clip adhesive plate welding machine, acrylic acetate fiber plate welding machine, acrylic adhesive plate heat sealing machine.
Precautions for using high-frequency splicing machine:

1. The high-frequency splicing machine must be equipped with a good grounding terminal (connected to the correct ground wire).

2. The high-frequency splicing machine is extremely sensitive to moisture and dust and needs to be placed in a suitable workspace.

3. The vacuum tube of the machine generates high heat, so it should not be placed next to machines that generate high heat, nor should it be installed in places where solar energy directly shines, as the above reasons will affect the heat dissipation function of the vacuum tube.

4. If the high-frequency splicing machine is stopped for more than an hour and restarted, it is necessary to wait for 10-15 minutes for the vacuum tube to preheat and protect its service life.

5. The upper and lower ends (upper and lower molds) of the high-frequency splicing machine cannot be directly touched together, and there must be insulation and work between them.

6. When operating, when high-frequency output is present, remember not to touch the upper pole output terminal (i.e. the upper module), and do not attempt to directly measure the upper pole output terminal with a multimeter, test meter, or other low-frequency or low-voltage instruments, as this may cause accidents.

7. The high-frequency splicing machine should regularly inspect the insulation material of the lower mold. If there is any damage, burning, or breakdown, the insulation material should be replaced immediately. Otherwise, if it continues to work, sparks will be generated and the process cannot be completed.

8. If sparks frequently occur (during high cycle output when the upper and lower molds collide) without inspection and maintenance, it can cause damage to machine parts and affect work. After sparks are generated in the welding machine, maintenance must be carried out.

9. The plastic board used to make finished products should be kept away from moisture and dust as they can easily cause sparks.

10. After turning on the power of the high-frequency splicing machine, you will hear the sound of the fan rotating, which is used for cooling the vacuum tube. If the fan fails, it must be repaired immediately, otherwise it will cause damage to the vacuum tube.
